Adjuvant and Merrill DataSite Sign Life Science Distribution Agreement

Centreville, VA. Adjuvant, Inc today announced a distribution agreement with Merrill DataSite for the life sciences market. Under the terms of the agreement, Adjuvant will distribute Merrill’s DataSite virtual deal room technology platform for use in life science M&A due diligence, strategic alliances, and clinical trials.
